Working within our Kids Around retail store in St Enoch Centre, Glasgow, you will be part of our store management team, working to deliver premium customer service with a personal touch, within a premium, designer fashion label setting.

Details of the role:

  • Full Time Retail Store Manager
  • 37.5hrs per week
  • 5 days over 7 including weekends

Salary negotiable depending on experience. Monthly and seasonal bonus also applicable.

A history of Store Management experience at supervisor level is a minimum requirement as well as proven experience with high end customer service essential.

The successful individual will be responsible for the successful management of our Kids Around retail store in St Enoch Centre, Glasgow. They will be working with brands such as Boss, Hugo, DKNY, Timberland, Kenzo Marc Jacobs and Karl Lagerfeld.

Responsibilities include:

  • Running of our store on a day to day basis
  • Cash handling and in store banking
  • Ensuring the store delivers premium customer service
  • Maintaining the upkeep of the store with regards to health & safety / regulation paperwork
  • Management & motivation of a retail team
  • Staff recruitment & development
  • Driving sales to target
  • Understanding, analysis and development of store KPI’s
  • Store merchandising including changeover of seasons and promotions
  • Managing stockloss and completing inventories
  • Maintaining high standards of good housekeeping
  • Receipt of deliveries

All suitable candidates must be confident with management & motivation of a small team, show a strong level of customer service, be driven towards targets, self-motivated and able to work to a high level while managing time efficiently.
