If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to notification within 7 days, St. Enoch reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. • All competition prizes (including gift cards) must be collected within three months of competition closing date. This will also be stated within any prize letters. • All prizes must be collected from St. Enoch Centre. • St. Enoch Centre’s decision in respect of all matters to do with any competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. • By entering a St. Enoch Centre competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. • Entry into a St. Enoch Centre competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
