The Watch Lab branches and kiosks are conveniently located in some of the UK’s most visited shopping centres and as members of the British Horological institute, we have been providing a dedicated watch and jewellery service to our customers for over 25 years. Whether you need a simple repair or something more complex we appreciate that many watches and jewellery pieces hold sentimental value, and our highly skilled team will work hard to get your item back to you quickly and efficiently.

We offer a wide range of watch repair services in our branches or at our state-of-the-art workshop which include battery replacements, dial restoration, glass replacements, servicing, bracelet adjustments and repairs, ultrasonic cleaning and case/bracelet refurbishment. Our team of professional watch technicians and watchmakers repair most brands, whether vintage, automatic, mechanical or quartz.
