Monday 11th May – The Nook & Children and Young People Team
🕚 11am – 4pm
Meet members of SAMH’s The Nook and Children & Young People teams, who will be onsite to offer information, support and resources around mental health and wellbeing for young people and families.
Visitors can stop by to chat with the team and pick up helpful brochures and leaflets throughout the day.
Tuesday 12th May – SAMH Fundraising Events & Challenges
🕛 12pm – 4pm
Discover the exciting fundraising events and challenges organised by SAMH throughout the year, including the return of the popular SAMH Stomp challenge — where participants take on the steps of Scotland’s national stadium, Hampden Park.
The team will also be running a fun “Guess How Many Stairs Are in Hampden” competition, giving visitors the chance to get involved and learn more about how SAMH fundraising supports mental health services across Scotland.
Saturday 16th May – Fundraising Day
