SIDES now open

Sides has officially opened its first-ever Scottish restaurant at St. Enoch Centre, bringing its viral fried chicken concept to the heart of Glasgow.

Founded by seven friends with one obsession – creating the best fried chicken in the world – Sides grew from group chats and global research trips to become one of the UK's most talked-about food brands. Inspired by Nashville hot chicken and refined through months of testing, every element of the menu was carefully developed to deliver maximum flavour.

Guests were introduced to Sides' signature double-dipped, hand-tossed fried chicken, made using Red Tractor-certified British chicken and available in eleven spice levels, from mild all the way to Carolina Reaper.

With nothing frozen and nothing rushed, the opening marked an exciting new chapter for both Sides and St. Enoch Centre, giving Glasgow food lovers the chance to experience the brand's famous chicken for the very first time.
