Santa’s in the House!

This Christmas, Santa’s moving into St. Enoch, and he’s saved a spot just for you.

Step inside his Grotto, where Santa’s elves will welcome your family and let little ones write their letter to Santa. Then it’s time to meet the big man himself, share those all-important Christmas wishes and take home a special gift. Bring your phone, because you’re welcome to take your own photos with Santa.

Every ticket helps SAMH. 100% of ticket proceeds go to SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health), our charity partner. Help us raise £10,000 this Christmas.

Dates: Various dates between 28 Nov - 23 Dec
Where: Level 1, next to H&M
Price: £10 per child. Eventbrite booking fees are added at checkout, so the full £10 goes to SAMH.
Who needs a ticket: one ticket per child, babies included. Adults don’t need a ticket. Up to 2 adults per booking.
What’s included: A visit with Santa, an age-appropriate gift for every child, and the chance to take your own photos.
Age: suitable for all ages. All children must be with an adult.

Quiet and SEN sessions

On Sunday mornings from 10am to 11am, we run quieter visits with less noise, softer lighting and fewer families in the Grotto at any one time. They’re bookable through the same link.

Accessibility

The Grotto is step-free and wheelchair accessible. When you book, you can tell us about any access or additional support needs so the team can be ready for you.

Good to know

Arrive 10 minutes early. Visits run to a tight schedule. If you’re running late we’ll do our best to fit you in, but on busy days we can’t promise.
Checking in: show your booking confirmation, on your phone or printed, to one of Santa’s elves at the Grotto entrance.
Gifts: we use each child’s name and age from your booking to pick a gift that suits them, for ages 0–2, 3–5, 6–8 and 9–12.
Refunds: because this is a fundraising event, tickets are non-refundable, and missed slots can’t be refunded.
Changing your visit: email us at least 24 hours before your booked date and we’ll try to move you to another slot if one is free. Visits can’t be moved once your booked time has passed. Please note email inbox is only checked Mon-Fri 9am-4pm.
