Greggs – Sweet Treats on Us. Sign up for the Greggs Rewards app and add your birthday. You’ll score a free sweet treat — think cupcakes, doughnuts, or cream cakes. Quick, easy, and totally Instagram-worthy. Valid for about a month around your birthday.
Costa Coffee – Cake & Coffee Vibes. Join Costa Club via the app and add your DOB. You’ll get a free slice of cake or sweet treat, perfect with your morning latte or matcha. Make sure your birthdate is added before the big day.
Starbucks – Birthday Drink Goals. Hit Gold status in the Starbucks Rewards app and you’re in. Your birthday = free drink of your choice. Latte, frappuccino, or hot chocolate — the choice is yours. Only for Gold members, so make sure you’re collecting those stars!
Muffin Break – Muffin Love. Sign up to Muffin Break’s app or loyalty programme and enter your birthday. You’ll get a birthday muffin or sweet treat, sometimes you’ll need to grab another item to redeem, but it’s still a tasty win.
Wagamama – Gyoza Time. Join the wagamama Soul Club and collect at least one stamp before your birthday. During your birthday month, grab a free portion of gyoza with a meal, perfect for sharing with friends. Usually expires within 30 days and may require a minimum spend.
Subway – Birthday Bites. Sign up to Subway Rewards, add your birthday, and get a free cookie, bag of crisps, or 6″ sub depending on your app rewards tier. Valid during your birthday month.
Hotel Chocolat – Sweet £5 Treat. Join the VIP.ME club, add your birthday, and receive a £5 birthday voucher. Perfect for chocolate lovers. Voucher usually valid for the month and may require a minimum spend.
COSMO – Birthday Buffet Fun. COSMO St Enoch offers a free birthday meal when you dine with friends at least 3 friends. Book ahead, show proof of birthdate, and enjoy a celebratory treat.
Monterey Jacks – Birthday Cocktail. Monterey Jacks in St Enoch offers a free birthday cocktail if you join Jacks Club.
McDonald’s & Nando’s – Check the Apps. No guaranteed birthday freebies, but both McDonald’s and Nando’s apps sometimes run birthday deals. Always worth checking your rewards before you visit — who knows, you might score a free snack or side!
The Body Shop – £5 Birthday Voucher. Sign up to the Love Your Body loyalty scheme and add your DOB — you’ll get a £5 voucher to spend on skincare, bath treats or body butters in store or online during your birthday month.
Boots – Double Advantage Points. Boots don’t do a freebie item, but if you’re a Boots Advantage Card member with your birthday entered, you’ll get double points on purchases for your whole birthday month — great for boosting future rewards on skincare and makeup.
The Entertainer – 10% Birthday Discount. Sign up for Toybox Rewards and register your child’s birthday — you’ll receive a 10% off discount code valid around their birthday for toy shopping fun.
