Santa Claus is coming to town!
Santa’s elves will be on hand to welcome families and help little ones write their letter to Santa before meeting Santa in his magical Grotto and receiving a special gift.
Families will also have the opportunity to take their own photo with Santa to ensure the memory of the special festive experience will last forever.
A visit to Santa’s Grotto is one of the most magical parts of every child’s Christmas and this year £10* from every ticket sold will go directly to Glasgow’s Spirit of Christmas to help local children, who are affected by hardship and poverty, wake up to a gift on Christmas Day. *Additional booking fees paid to Eventbrite.

- Tickets priced £10 per child with additional booking fee per ticket paid to booking platform. £10 per ticket donated to Glasgow Spirit of Christmas Appeal.
- Tickets must be booked in advance.
- Suitable for ages 0+
- The age breakdown for gifts are 0-3, 3-5, 6-8, and 9+
- All children must be accompanied by an adult. No ticket required for adults.
- Refunds – due to this being a fundraising event, no refunds are possible.
- Reschedule – it may be possible to reschedule visits if arranged ahead of time and alternative slots are available. Rescheduling visits cannot be done if your event date/time has passed. Rescheduling requests must be received by Thursday midday.
