Veganuary
Are you signing up to #Veganuary2024? Here’s a round-up of just some of the delicious options at St. Enoch Centre this January.
Costa Coffee
A veritable vegan feast has been curated at Costa by the masters themselves – BOSH! Start your day with a Plant-Based Smashin’ Sausage Bap for breakfast. For lunch, choose from the Plant-Based Saucy Chicken Fajita Wrap, Plant-Based Smokin’ BBQ Chicken Panini, or PETA’s favourite Plant-Based Crackin’ Ham and Cheeze Toastie. And don’t forget to grab a Caramelised Biscuit Rocky Road, Double Chocolate Cookie, or Chocolate and Pecan Slice for dessert. Costa has your vegan cravings covered from sunrise to sunset.
Greggs
The Vegan Steak Bake is back. Tuck into 96 layers of light puff pastry filled with Quorn mycoprotein pieces and diced onions in a rich gravy. This vegan bake will be sure to melt away your January blues.
Burger King
Burger King has a number of vegan items on its menu including the return of the iconic ultimate bean burger, plus the vegan Royale and the vegan nuggets. Fries and shaker fries are also both suitable, as they’re cooked in vegetable oil separately from other dishes.
Subway
The vegan options are endless at Subway with the hearty Italian, nine-grain wheat bread, gluten-free bread and plain tortilla wrap all vegan. There are also plenty of vegan fillings to choose from, including the plant-based steak and the vegan CheeZe.
Nando’s
Nando’s has two new veggie burgers on offer, the Supergreen and the Sweet Potato & Butternut. Plus, many of the starter options at Nando’s are actually vegan, from the sweet potato wedges, to the hummus and the spicy mixed olives.
